"paris"

This hotel is clean and near the metro. The room is small but all Paris rooms are small. My only complaint is that the front desk people were not the most helpful. when I came in late and wet from the rain they would not make me a cup of tea or allow me to make one although the kettle and tea bags were in plain view. And there greetings as I came and went were a bit cold but other than that i would atay here again

"We were absolutly satisfied"

We found a good hotel for a good price. The room was simple but clean, Receptionist was friendly and helpfull. Situation of the house is verry good, in front of a Metrostation.

"Great value and location in very pricey Paris"

We had three great days here. The hotel is right outside the Metro with access to two of the most popular metro lines, and also easily accessible to main bus lines going to the various train stations, e.g., Montparnasse and Gare du Nord. Very clean, if smallish rooms, and the bed was fine. We opted not to do the continental breakfast for 8 euros, which isn't really too bad - we just like going out to get our cafe and croissant in a cafe. Very accommodating staff and we were able to leave our luggage for a good part of the day. The elevator - also not common for this number of stars - is modern and functions well. All around, great place. Would definitely go back!

"Good hotel, great location to explore Paris"

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were really happy with our choice. Convenient location for many attractions and short walking distance to shopping areas of Montparnasse and Saint Germain. Plenty of good reasonably price restaurants/cafes nearby we were spoilt for choice The staff were helpful and lovely.

"Did the job"

Round the corner from montpernasse and only 15 mins from the Eiffel tower.Friendly, helpful service- lent us a continental adapter.Rooms clean but a bit dated- not a problem for me though!Great views from top floor window.

It is good location hotel and reasonable price. The only thing is we booked a double room, they gave us a twin room with two small beds putting together. But anyway for this price it is a good hotel and would recommend it.

"Great stay wish breakfast was free"

I loved staying at this hotel with my husband. It was clean and big enough for us. If you have more than one suitcase it could be a little crammed but not impossible. The service was very helpful, the room was comfortable and it was quiet. I LOVED the area of the hotel. The metro station is across the street and is 2 stops away from the Eiffel Tower. So a total of maybe 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower; I loved that! The only thing I didn't like wast that breakfast cost 8 Euro a person for juice, croissants and yogurt. Most hotels have breakfast included in the cost. That was the only con! Loved staying here, I would recommend it to anyone.... if they don't mind paying for breakfast!

"Very small room"

Room was very small and basic for the price and did not have a/c or even a fan for a very warmNight. We had to sleep with the window open And enjoy the street sounds below. The locationWas good for access to the subway and parking is about2 blocks away. No tub in the room nor bidet as pictured.

"Very nice and clean"

The room was very nice and clean, very nice for the price paid. The hotel was in a nice location not far from the centre approx 1.5 km from the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro and the train station.

"Good Location"

Not an excellent hotel, but very near the Les Invalides and Eiffel Tower so what else?. The were some repairing works, so the corridors were unpleasant. Staff were nice and the wifi free is very usefull.

Pros: Clean, didn't change the sheets everyday but they were always made for the next day. any supplies were renewed daily (extra shampoos etc)decent hotel, in a very central place, across the metro station. decently helpful staff.bed mattress very comfortable. warm room, sometimes too warm.fair-sized room.
Cons: Lack of view. i asked for a room in a higher floor, a request which was satisfied but it didn't overlooked on the road, as expected.the room was not soundproof, you could hear the people walking and talking on the corridor, but overall not a major problem.

"Reasonable location, close to metro"

Pros: Reasonable location, close to metro. clean room.staff seemed reasonably friendly. prices similar to others in the area.
Cons: Street can be rather noisy. room a bit small and basic (as are all rooms in the area ). if catering for an international clientelle it would be a plus to have international news cable stations on tv. some other hotels in the area do have them. wi-fi is available.

Cons: The twin room was fine. the double at the front was too warm/ stuffy. even when off there was warmth in the radiator. the room was quiet enough with the windows closed but very very noisy if you opened them
