receptionist helped organise a shuffle to collect us from charles de gaulle airport when there were no trains.

Pros: Hotel is an excellent location, close to metro & restaurants & cafes. the staff are very helpful & friendly. since we arrived early around 9..they had the room ready for as as we travlled all night. i would love to stay here again.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent english. anytime we had a question, they were more than happy to help and even booked a restaurant on the seine river cruise for us on our behalf. the hotel was well located and only one metro stop away from the eiffel tower. metro was a 2 min walk around the corner.there was also plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. my girfriend and i never had breakfast in the hotel given the choice.rooms were cleaned every day and very warm and dry. overall very happy and would recommend.
Cons: The only downside i would say is that the rooms are extemely small. i know this is to be expected, but the the first room we got on the night we arrived was taking the biscuit, we literally got a box room that barely fitted the double bed and with barely anywhere to fit the bags or move.however i requested a change to a bigger room the next morning and the staff did so without hassle. wasn't that much bigger, but did the job. only other thing, hotel is down a side street, so doesn't look out onto anything,but to be fair, it's only a 2 star, so you get what you pay for.

Pros: It was an amazing experience. wonderful staff, clean rooms and hotel.

Pros: It was in a good location.
Cons: The bedrooom was tiny and for some reason had another bed squashed into the corner. the walls were dirty and covered in stains. the bathroom was mouldy. the shower was broken.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and accepted all patrons who entered.loved it!
Cons: the cleaning staff did fine job but carpets badly needing replacement

Cons: People staying in the neighboring room were smoking. all the time. the smell in our room was insane since there were some go-through doors between the rooms and not a solid wall all the way. contacted reception and they called the guys in the next room, but it still didn;t stop them. i don't go to a non-smoking hotel to stay in a room full of smoke. the worst was that even the cleaning service were smoking in the rooms they were cleaning which we saw one morning. so that to me goes against their motto: we will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Pros: The hotel was in a good central location, all major attractions within walking distance, clean friendly hotel.

Cons: Basic room, bit dated and the thinest walls you have ever come across, could here everything in the rooms next door and above.

Pros: It is a five minute walk from the eiffle tower which was nice and about a 1 minute walk from the metro station which was also very good!the staff were very useful and could speak good english and the room was good.
Cons: It said their would be a double bed but it was two singles which isnt a massive deal but we specificly looked for somewhere with a double bed instead of a twin room so a bit annoying. there was also a door into the next room which could not be locked which we didnt have any trouble with but a little disconcerting if leaving valuables at he hotel

Cons: The room size was tiny and there was no tea/coffee making facilities in our room
