 "Quiet, but ..."
It's not a "Bed and Breakfast" as advertised as there is no host and no breakfast - it's a room off-site you rent from Hotel Florida. It is spacious though, and quiet, and 15 mins walk from the train station. The air conditioning and tiny fridge both worked, but the bed is thin and hard and very squeaky. Guess that's good for $175 a night in Venice. Also, the sign on the back of the door says that the cleaning lady comes between 9 and 10:30 in the morning and if you are in there, she won't make up the room. She actually comes at 3:00 p.m. when you are trying to have an afternoon siesta, so again, the room doesn't get made up. And finally, the wi-fi only works sporadically.

 "November in Venice"
We had a very good stay in this B&B i n November 2012. The location is excellent - just a five minutes walk from Piazze di Roma where we came from the airport. Reasonable proximity to the Rialto Bridge and San Marko. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Will xcertainly stay again if come back to Venice.

 "Good value for location"
Good value for the price and location. Breakfast included but was not on premise but at cafe with only coffee, juice and rolls for breakfast

Pros: The hotel is very closed to piazza roma, which is very convinent!
we spent 3 nights at the hotel.it's like a home.
at the 2nd night there were some problem with the water pipe.
next day they changed a new bigger room for us:)
breakfest was a crossant,two little bread, juice and a cup of coffee/tea/cocoa.kind of plain but it worths 5 euros.
oh and just dowm stair by the hotel, there is a leather shop(bag/purse/key ring...) which is very very recommended!!check it out if you stay there.
Cons: The wireless internet....i couldn,t find the signal during my whole stay.my friend did find a signal but it's not from the hotel :p

Pros: A three minute walk from the main bus station (direct and cheap bus service from airport). easy access to vaporettas. twenty minutes walk to st marks and main attractions.
