great hotel and facilities, staff really helpful and polite. nothing was too much trouble. very central location so easy to get about and so quiet at night. we would definately recommend and use again

 "Look at the small print"
Surprised to be redirected to another hotel for check-in. No air conditioning despite this being on the advert. and a key rfeason for the choice. Hotel staff tried to mislead on the reason for no air conditioning. Changed wi-fi password without informing residents.Excellent location and very good breakfast, albeit at another hotel.

 "La Campana"
The hotel was well located. We thought that it was very expensive. It could use some attention in the shower. Size of the room was fine. Overall, we've seen similar for a lower price.We will not recommend that hotel because it would be hot during the summer( air conditionning working??) and it is on a very busy street and it is too pricy.

 "Excellent service"
Love this place, great welcome, my room was very small, but I was offered a bigger room on third floor with no elevator, so I had a choice. It was expensive, but very well situated. I would go back there.

Pros: Good hotel with decent size rooms. room cleaned daily and lots of towels supplied. an array of colorful wallpaper, bed linen and carpet but i thought it added to the venetian feel.

Pros: The hotel location is very strategic. just a fe we minutes walk to san marco square. the room is spacious n clean.
Cons: A bit challenging to locate the hotel since it is hiding in little street.

Pros: When we arrived the receptionist offered us an upgrade on the room we had already booked which was fantastic. hotel location is absolutely fantastic, in a quiet area but right next the the shops and main attractions. how to get there instructions were forwarded to me by the staff in advance of the trip and i would advise people to follow these rather than carting your luggage through venice.
Cons: Not hotel wise no - hotel stay was perfect :)

Pros: Once inside the hotel we were very pleasantly surprised - its not every day you get the luxury of beautifully upholstered walls :)
Cons: The directions received were a bit vague - being new to venice this made it difficult to find

Pros: The room was absolutely stunning and the location was great, in between rialto bridge and sand marco square.
Cons: The reception was quite difficult to find and we got quite frustrated but with some assistance found it in the end.

 "The hotel is in a great location in venice"
Pros: The hotel is in a great location in venice...you get to anywhere by walking short distances....and if you dont like walking at all...you can make a very short stroll to rialto vaporetto stop and get the boat to anywhere you would like to visit!
Cons: 1) the location of the residence is very central...could be explained better on website...as it is a bit confusing...but once you get to the residence you realise how simple to reach it is

2) there is no lift/elevator to rooms...so be prepared to go up flights of steps with your luggage!
