The bed & breakfast Villa Berghinz is a typical example of an Art Nouveau villa located in a strategic position fifteen minutes by boat from Piazza San Marco. The property, which has been completely renovated in 2004, is surrounded by a spacious garden and makes for a perfect place to relax and forget the everyday stress and explore the charmingly narrow streets of Venice up close. Moreover, the beach is only five minutes away and the gardens of the Biennale are easily reachable by vaporetto. The train station and the piazzale Roma parking are forty minutes away.
