 "Terrible hotel"
Destroyed bed at the room.Terrible breakfast - jam, white bread, Nutella and chees. No ham or other things. No place to sit at the breakfast. 32 shairs and a lot more gests!Lots of noise in the hotel at night. The staf was not so nice.No hot water in the shower and the sink or no water at all!!!To phone dident work. Tryed to call the reception at the night because of noise from the neightbor room.We will NEVER go there again!!!

 "Choose another hotel"
Awful rooms. Bad service. Not worth of the fares. No hot water. Broken window at -12C. No clean towels. No elevator. No hair dryer. Bad service. Lots of complaints from other customers. Full breakfast room. You need more?

 "Good location"
This hotel was clean and compact, not bad price for a few nights stop off in London.its more a house that's had its rooms converted for guests with your own wc and shower. - the walls are paper thin !

 "not big enough"
at first we got the tiniest room in the world. after we asked if there's a bigger room we got a room for 4 people and it was ok. at breakfast there was no place to sit and sometimes- even stand.the people at the reception were ok and helpful. too many stairs!! (both of the room were on level 3 and 4.i wouldnt go back to this hotel even though it was cheap.

 "Poor Hotel"
Requested a family room with 1 double bed & 2 single beds. Received 2 double beds. The room we were given was at the very top of the house on the 4th floor. There is no lift. The stairs are narrow and windey, bordering on dangerous, and they were made even more so due to the stairs being re-carpeted for the duration of our 3 day stay. Even with the heating off, the room was very hot, there was no airconditioing & the wall mounted fan was broken. If you're in anyway prone to a bad back, you'll not be happy with the beds, they were well used and the springs were very uncomfortable. The blankets on the beds were dirty, and had hairs from previous occupants. We will not stay in this hotel again.

 "recommend this hotel"
location is great. rooms were small but well equipped (TV, Hair Dryer, kettle, fan) for the price and quiet. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean but the floor was definitely not cleaned before we arrived. Simple breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

 "Turist in London"
It was an interesting experience! As traveller throughout europe in a cost-efective manner, I can say that staying over Linden Hotel is a nice choice, if you are young, in love, and not willing to spend too many nights in London

 "Nice hotel"
Nice hotel, Paddington station nearby. We were sleeping at the top floor so we had to climb 5 stairs, no lift available. Room was clean, bed not so good, Breakfast oke, not special, breakfastroom was very small for so many people.

The room is tiny, painting on the walls is old and dirty. No elevator available. The bedding is not very clean. Breakfast room is small, expect long waiting in line.

 "quick stay"
this hotel was lovely and sweet.. perfect for sleeping if you plan to see london during the day and be out at night, bathrooms were small but not a worry.. we stayed on the first floor so carrying our bags up wasnt a drama. cute little hotel. breakfast continental only.. which is good for the price of the place :) will stay again in paddington

I should never rekomend this hotel to any one i know.It was an awful smell of mould and drain.The inside of the windows was full of damp.Never,never again....................................................................

 "very poor hotel"
very expensive against quality. the family room is very small and bedrooms was destroyed ! the bathroom is so small that it is not possible to stay with more than one people. Decoration is not finished when exists !to resume, forget this hotel for the really too expensive price. Another item, if you leave your luggages, you have to pay 5 pounds ! thanks fro the service.If you pay by credit card, you have to pay 12 pounds more than the specified prices.once again, forget it.

Pros: Room is not too big, but things are quite complete.
well-equipped, modern design and pretty cosy.
Cons: At times, hot water supply is cut off, this was really annoying during a cold weather. breakfast choices too limited, not really had a enjoyable breakfast time everyday.
heater malfunction? heater did not seem to working during my stay, maintenance or inspection job could be done asap.

 "It was a good location"
Pros: It was a good location
Cons: The room was tiny and nothing like the pictures online. it was hot and the bed just fit in the room. fine for a night or two but poor representation online

Pros: The hotel was clean and the guys on reception were very friendly. the position of the hotel was perfect for our needs. the beds were very comfy and clean. the bathrooms were very nice and hot water on demand.
Cons: the rooms were very small and very little hanging space. i my bedroom window was held open with a coat hanger!!!! connecting fire doors were held open by fire extinguishers all the time. breakfast was poor , cornflakes and muesli, toast and egg. the breakfast staff were not very friendly, no interaction with the guests.

Pros: Excellent location
Cons: The hotel room for 4 people too small, no space. pictures about this hotel rooms are completely different from real.
the window in our room ( no. 21) was impossible to close it down, so we had to watch our boys all the time.
breakfast was terrible, only toasts and cereals; really not too much for growing kids and adults. ( very poor ) 100 yards from this hotel is italian bistro with excellent food, nice place and very low prices. there you can buy excelent english breakfast for just £3.50. the last thing is about staff. we book hotel for 3 nights, but can stay only for two nights, with a sign out at 18:30. we ask for some discount, because we weren't at the hotel for a last breakfast, but
staff refused and we had to paid full price for 3 nights.
we had been at too many hotels in so many countries but never in that bad hotel. we wouldn't recommend this hotel anyone.

 "The location is perfect"
Pros: The location is perfect. the room was clean. good service.
Cons: The rooms are very small. the stairs were very steap and narrow which made it difficult to carry the luggage up & down. we stayed on 3rd floor and i say never again. the breakfast was very poor.
