Pros: Very friendly staff, good breakfast, very warm on a cold night.
Cons: I had a shower in my room but it wasn't compleatly enclosed so left the room feeling damp and full of steam.

Pros: The hotel is safe.the rooms and bathrooms are clean. breakfast is good and the staff are friendly.
Cons: The only problem was the bathroom on our floor was very small but we could use the bathrooms of the other floors.

Pros: I am quite satisfied with rex hotel. 24 hours service, and not that far from tube stations (circle, hammersmith & city, central). westfield shopping centre just 10 minutes away, and also a smaller centre. room size was better than expected. refrigurator in the room, and beds were made every day. if you just need a place to sleep, this is a fine hotel.
Cons: We didn't get clean towels every day. the shower was in the room (also availeble in the hall) and the drain in it was terrible, and not much water pressure. also a lot of noise from the street.

Cons: 50 steps to the small tight room with big useless cupboard, hopeless shower, and (very worrying) no inhouse phone communication to main ofice where the breakfast rom wa located. one towel. ragged bed cover. no desk or teas/coffee facility in room. toilets far too cramped with door that could not open from inside! noise from the main road. a really uncomfortable experience. never to be repeated.

Cons: The shower door was broken, so it was really difficult to take a shower avoiding the whole bathroom to be wet, really small room, breakfast wasn't really good, weird times of breakfast

Cons: Broken showers in both rooms. dirty, broken toilet seat in external toilet and no hot water, soap or towel. no plugs for washbasins anywhere. one washbasin had long term (ie dirty), cracks in it. overheated room with no means of regulating it. no means of locking rooms from the inside. one lock was damaged to the extent that a good push would have opened the door.
there were insufficient tables for breakfast and i didn't have time to queue, so i went elsewhere for breakfast.

Pros: Great location in cheltenham town center. very good price compared to other area hotels. my room also had a refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee/tea making equipment.
Cons: Simple things would improve the place. for example - there were no hangers in the closet, and no mirror anywhere in the room.
