Alma Hotel Paris    

Reception in night shift was not friendly. The room was bad, there was no plug. Especially in bathroom was so dirty. The shower head was broken and no one came to fix it after we informed them. Room was expensive compare to the others around that area.

Lovely hotel and a great location for people who haven't been to Paris before. 5 mins from the Eiffel tower and 5 mins from Ecole Militaire metro station. Hotel rooms were very clean. Didn't eat breakfast because theres a lovely little patisserie on the opposite side of the road for a cheaper alternative. Very impressed with our stay - no complaints about the cleanliness and the reception was always helpful and attentive. We had a lovely Valentines weekend.

It's an OK small hotel, bed was a bit tired and the cistern ran on and off all night which kept me awake. Breakfast very basic with little choice, no cheese,ham or fruit available Reasonable location. Staff helpful

This hotel is in a great location - only a few minutes from a metro stop and the Eiffel Tower. There are a lot of cafes around as well. The room was quite small but fine. It was clean and there was a TV, desk, two beds, private bathroom, all as advertised. There was only one outlet which was a little difficult, but certainly nothing major. The temperature was great when we were there, but I didn't see any heat/air conditioning dials on the wall, so that may be something to consider depending on the time of year you're going. I will advise to avoid using the shuttle service advertised - we had scheduled a ride to the airport and the driver overslept. We had to scramble to call a cab to take us there. The front desk person told us that we shouldn't have signed up because the shuttle service isn't reliable -not sure why they would then advertise this in their hotel. Overall, a nice stay.

Small room, but adequate, clean bathroom, excellent location, plenty of cafes around, short walk to Eiffle tower, metro etc. Price for hotel slightly higher than quoted on Trivago website, print out your quote ans take it with you just in case.

The confirmatyion you sent me said that c/in is at 12 noon. When we got t to the hotel, Receptionist said that c/in is at 3pm. It was very dissappointing. Either you didn't have correct information or they were funny. we didn't get the room before 3pm.Receptionist was not polite and seemed very reluctant to help us and answer our questions. Won't go back to this hotel for sure.

The hotel is less then a two minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and with the great weather I even walked to the Champs Elysees in about half an hour. There is absolutely nothing to be complained about the location. The service was really good, very helpful clear English speaking, more then happy to answer any questions and help with any queries. Breakfast was nothing special, a standard continental breakfast but its exactly what you can expect, nice fresh croissants, orange juice and weather permitting you can sit on a lovely terrace.if you've ever stayed in Paris you'll know rooms are generally not that large but these rooms are of a decent size, bathroom may he a tad too small as you can hardly stand infront of the toilet as a wall is directly in front of it.Had a good night's sleep and an overall brilliant experience at Hotel Alma

I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. the location is excellent. very close to the Eiffel tower, and metro. there are nice restaurants nearby, bakery with gorgeous pastries and cakes, shops where you can buy cheeses, saussages, souveniers... metro is short walk away, with a Terrace neraby-which is open untill 2am. there is also careforre suppermarket there. the hotel is average but clean. if you are not too demanding than this will offer excellent value for money. the staff was very friendly and helpful. they can arrange airport transfer to the airport only, but it is good and reliable and costs around 25EUR per person

Pros: The location is excellent very near to eiffel tour and 5 min walk to metro station. good italian restaurant around and lots of other cafes too. wifi was good even at the 5th floor
Cons: Rooms & bathroom too small. the rooms are not as good as seen on the website.

Pros: Great hotel! very friendly staff. we missed our flight and came one day late - they did not charge us for the first day. also, even though our room was not ready when we got there, they did all that they could to make us comfortable. we were allowed to change and leave our bags in an extra room while our room was being cleaned. overall, the rooms are very clean. the hotel is quiet and the location is phenomenal. you are just a short walk from the eiffel tower. there is a supermarket right around the corner as well as many fabulous restaurants. i will definitely be coming back.
