Pros: The price we paid for the weekend in paris before valentine's day compared to their advertised room prices was almost half which was very pleasing. the hotel is only a 6 euro taxi journey away from gare du nord and within easy reach of metro stations. it is close to the moulin rouge, but the hotel's immediate surrounds were very quiet and there was no street noise. we walked down to the louvre on the first morning and bought our breakfast very cheaply. the room was immaculatey clean and well presented and as a base for exploring paris it was very good.
Cons: The walls are paper thin so noise from neighbours coming in was a little disturbing, although our rooms were laid out in such a way that so long as they were not in the bathroom there was no problem. there were some rennovations going on during our stay, but they did not start until nearly 9am, at which point we were already heading out.

Pros: Near to metro and close to gard du nord. very little outside noise for a hotel in the centre of paris
Cons: Walls were a bit thin and close to the red light district which is a street away but we did not have problems with noise/people.

very very romantic montmartre district and there is pleasant evening walk right requires a little up the mountain.
in the hotel was delicious breakfast (cereals, milk, yogurt, fruit salad, croissants, cheese, bread, toast, juice, coffee machine, etc.) room not very spacious but nice and clean. bath is also very nice and clean. the hotel has an elevator and two stairway, the door closed on the electronic key.
Cons: There was nothing negative associated with staying in the hotel.

Pros: The hotel was in an ideal location for our stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was less than great, very little choice, and by the time we went down there were no more croissants or pastries and we did ask for more but were told there were no more. (odd that there were no more croissants in paris...) as it was extra to the cost we just didn't bother having anything and went out for breakfast instead. the room was very basic but it was fine for our needs as it was a very short stay.
