We loved this hotel. It is very close to the rugby ground which made life easy for us. The staff recommended two places to eat both of which were buzzing with life and had excellent food. The room was lovely with a four-poster bed. There are no facilities to make tea/coffee so instead it is brought free of charge to the room or to the sitting room which was comfortable and friendly. The breakfast is generous and fabulous.My husband lost his phone in a taxi and the manageress went out of her way to help him find it.We would definately stay there again.

Pros: Excellent choice for breakfast and well cooked in a nice, light conservatory/breakfast room. helpful and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. comfortable drawing room.
Cons: Did not like the room - connemara. i accept we had the last room available. however, it was claustrophobic - a huge four-poster bed should not be put in a room of such small size. the dark drapes of both the bed and windows did not help either. there was little room to move around in too. i also thought the fabric set within the wardrobe doors was dirty - verging on being grey when it should be either white or cream. holey bath towels are not appealing either.

Pros: Excellent level of service all the staff , cecile, claire and stacey were extremely helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. all this made this a special weekend, we would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to others.

Pros: It was a wonderful trip and the staff were extremely friendly. we would like to say thank you to them for everything they did. the location is perfect just out of the centre and a short dart in or a taxi, or you can easily could walk. the breakfast were tremendous as well. definately worth a look at

Pros: Very well furnished, good bathrooms, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, 5 minutes from metro station.
Cons: No central heating, so lounge rather cool, and bedrooms rely on overhead electric fan heater, not so comfortable as radiators.

Pros: We were treated very well, being welcomed with coffee upon our arrival and advice about our stay. cecilia made us very comfortable while we were there and helped us with our parking and return to the port at the end of our stay. would definitely go back again!
