"A Hidden Gem"

This 2 yr. old hotel has the finest, clean, moderately priced accommodation coupled with an outstanding staff that made for a most comfortable stay in Rome. The owner, Lucia, provided info on eating, sights, events, etc. and procured our tickets in advance so we had no wait to see the Vatican, attend the opera plus had a cab waiting to take us to the airport. Another plus was coffee made any time requested and it was excellent. Located across from the Department of Finance, the area is safe and secure, close to the metro, and to the hop on tour buses.

"very good"

Very good, excellent service. The only thing I could say as negative is the walls are thin and its noisy. The staff was very kind and helpfull. Metro stations were near and could take you anywhere. Good neiborhood and near central station that leads to the airport.

"Great place!!"

We definitely love it there. My boyfriend and I stayed for threee nights and everything was nice. The staff were super nice, sweet and helpfull all the time, the double-room was big and really clean, the same goes for the private bathroom.There is no breakfast included but you can order coffee, tea and cookies free of charge at any time, which it was totally fine. I totally recommend this place!

Pros: The staff were definitely the highlight! they were super helpful at all times. always offering cafe and tea. even lent me the adapter from the tea kettle. could answer all our questions about rome, suggested restaurants, bus passes, gave directions. excellent! hotel was very nice size for european rooms. comfortable beds. nice size bathroom. temperature great. quaint courtyard. good safety. easy 5-10 minute walk to metro and bus stations. great stay and will stay there again!
Cons: Hotel was hard to find. we thought our taxi (from termini station - ps, don't take a taxi. its pretty much a direct shot to the hotel - 7 minutes walking.) was dropping us off randomly. the hotel sign is on the side of the threshold. have to ring the hotel to have them buzz you in the giant wooden doors. but other than that no complaints.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms have been updated so new and modern and clean
Cons: The rooms are ridiculously small, our double bed was pushed up against a wall and my partner had to climb over me if he needed to get up in the middle of the night. there are no amenities except for wifi internet. this "hotel" is an apartment that has been divided up into 5 rooms, there is no sign outside advertising where it is so extremely difficult to find. extremely expensive for what you are getting

Pros: Upon arrival we were greeted by the lady on reception who was very polite, we were offered free coffee and tea while we waitied for her to show some guests to their rooms. we were then shown to your room explanation of tv and mini bar also gieven a map of rome where the lady circled all key sights the bus/metro numner and line number of stops times and directions which was invaluable, loveley rooms as described and pictured on the website, great location, clean and fresh would definitely reccommend this hotel.

"Room was nice and modern"

Pros: Room was nice and modern. and i love the shutters that they have on the rooms to block the light out if you would like a nap during the day. the guy who checked us in was really helpful with bus and train info and what to see.
Cons: The hotel was extremley noisey, and it was'nt from outside it was from guests and staff going through doors all night , we stayed there 2 nights and the first night i did'nt sleep a wink the second night i invested in a pair of ear plugs which helped alot. also not much information on hand regarding rome..

Pros: Our room was clean and modern, great decor, the air conditioning worked great. the bathroom was a decent size and nicely decorated; loved the orange tile. no breakfast but they offered up free coffee & espresso whenever we wanted some and there are a few patisseries close by. everybody who worked there was extremely helpful -- giving us directions, recommendations and arranged transportation to the airport for us. good location, close to termini, bus stops and the metro.
Cons: The walls are a bit thin and there was some sort of construction going on at 7am our first morning there.

"Overall we really liked the hotel"

Pros: Overall we really liked the hotel. it was a little challenging to find though. the staff were very helpful and nice. the only negative was that it wasn't in the best location (i.e., long walks to pretty much everything, but not too far from the subway). overall, being a small hotel in rome, it was nice, super clean, and the modern decor fit with our style.

Pros: 7 kings was conveniently located close to the train station. our room was very nice and decorated in a comfortable modern decor. rooms were equipped with modern plumbing and electrics, and a/c! all of the staff was very nice and helpful. staff is on site 24 hours.

Cons: It is not a hotel. it is an appartment which is called a hotel. the rooms are very small and the money i paid is much more than it should be. the location of the hotel is not the best, however there are some buses towards termini station and via del corso.
