 "Cozily"
Stayed for 2 days. Venice magical. Small, cozy hotel. Great location. Quiet, calm. Great combination of price and quality. Breakfast did not take. There are a lot of beautiful cafe around. Wholeheartedly recommend.

 "Good spot"
Good place in Venice to stay. Right next the the Strande Nova with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. I would stay there again if I ever go to Venice again. Not a bad place to stay and close to the station.

 "Brilliant"
Excellent Hotel, located next to the strada nova good location for all the sights and ferry's.Maybe a little difficult to find so make sure you have a map before you go other than that excellent service and great value for money. We paid £160 for three nights during the festival which was brilliant.

The location of the hotel is totally diferent from the map show. The map lead us to the wrong diraction that we took many time to find it. The true location isnot far after get off the boat. The room is clean.

Hotel was in a decent location...kind of hard to find on the first night. Lugging bags over all the stairs/bridges was not fun! The front desk staff left a little to be desired. They were rude when they had to open the door for you after hours (because you have to leave your key with the front desk). Rooms are small.

Pros: Very good location, it was possible to walk to all major sites in venice. the staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke very good english. we booked a triple room as all the double rooms were full; the hotel offered free breakfast to compensation, which was not expected and very much appreciated.

Pros: Beautifully decorated room! service of receptionist was wonderful, she spoke excellent english and was very friendly. we had the most wonderful stay, comfortable beds, spacious and clean room. was very sad to have not stayed longer. i ever i go to venice again, i will definitely stay here. it was marvelous!

Pros: The hotel was centrally located for our visit to venice. the staff were friendly and helpful, and while the room was basic, it was clean with air conditioning
Cons: The breakfast was poor, but with the amount of bakeries and other establishments, this wasn't a problem. the room was definitely value for money.
