Pros: The belle suite was lovely and very convenient when you are on a budget! mr milton was very friendly and helpful. it is about a 10 minute walk from the centre and has a good coffee shop right next door but don't forget to take some id!!

Pros: Room is basic and doesnt really look like the pictures but it's cheap and cheerful and an excellent location in amsterdam if you want to explore and be a tourist!

Pros: The aparment was in a great location within walking distance to everything u would want to see. the room had plenty of amenities that came in very handy. the man who met us was super nice and helpful and the place was very clean. we enjoyed our stay and will hook there again in the future.
Cons: There was no internet connection as informed. there was no initial indication that there would be a 10% fee for cleaning until just before we arrived. the apartment was also get very hard to find.

Pros: We were moved to the herengracht which was perfect. the owner,milton,was very pleasant and helpful.the apartment was ,basically, a well kitted out studio flat-excellent

Pros: The belle suite apartment was still occupied when we arrived so milton our host transferred us to an alternative apartment which was within easy walking distance to all the usual tourist places. the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, it had very large front facing windows that overlooked a main canal with good views and plenty of natural light. milton allowed us to check-in early and collected us from the station when we arrived for no extra charge, not a service you get often on our budget. highly recommend staying here if it’s available.

Pros: The appartment is in a nice part of the city in the northwest within walking distance of central station. it is self catering and there is a supermarket and laundry very close by. it is on the ground floor so was very handy for us with large suitcases. everything was provided including extra towels. there was even a coffee maker which was well used.
Cons: It is almost next to a bar/restrauant which got a bit noisy on some nights - but nothing too loud - perhaps take ear plugs. the owner may wish to consider a slightly larger television set - not that we watched much television - however it would have been nice to lie in bed and watch something occasionally. don't be fooled by the picture of the bridge on the website - there is absolutely no view from the appartment and being on the ground floor we kept the shutters closed most of the time.

Pros: The appartment was not as we were expecting, but it was spotlessly clean. we had no safety deposit box or wardrobe. mr milton was brilliant and went out and bought a safety deposit box for us, before we had fibished unpacking. he ordered a wardrobe but it was a 10 day delivery so brought us a hanging rail. the appartment could do with a rail for towels and another mirror, (there was a mirror in the bathroom). location excellent, we walked everywhere.
