The location of this hotel was perfect a 2 min walk to Dam Sq and 4 mins to the station. The Reception didn't insipire me but when we got to the rooms, they were a good size, with good a good size bathrooms, but most importantly were clean. Considering how little i paid for this hotel, i expected worse! i have marked it down on sleep quality only because of the bells from the nearby church, but if the night before was heavy enough, you wont notice!

Hotel location ' on the border of the Red Lights District 'put me on alert as to siutability for a s residentual artrange fo famiky wurh young children.however, due to the wonde wellcome and hospitality of the staff ,headed by Lockes , We enjoyed our stay enourmouselyt, Nothing can compare to the feeling feeling of being in the middle of a beautifull tourist postcard.on a sunny Autom day'with million of people crossing and flowwing' with cute tram cars squeezing through criss crossing with steams of fantastically shapes bycicles some of which are ridden by the preetiest girls iand the most handsoe guys in the world. the parroling cops' which appear to be thogh and courtious hekped ease my mind asa to the safety of my children. . the primary credit for this successfull trip belong to Loces ,Rohn Yohans and Mosstaffa Mosstaffa ,

If you just wish to have somewhere to dump your stuff and lay your head, then this is the place for you. If you're hoping to spend a good deal of time in the hotel during your stay then don't stay here. The floor in the room where my mates stayed was soaking wet. The floor in my room was a little sticky. The location is ideal, literally 50-75 metres away from the Grasshopper. The downside of that is it seems to be the noisiest street on earth!! Shower was hit and miss between scorching or freezing!!

Pros: No positives at all room was dirty (clean sheets) window was held open by a lump of 3-2 wood and there was no hair dryer or iron as instructed on your web site.
Cons: Yes the shower was red hot or freezing cold carpet was really mucky and the windows were a hazard.

Pros: The situation and the most positive experience was to leave the hotel
Cons: The staff had poor education. i had to pay 10 more euros and if i wanted to pay with debit or credit card i would have to pay 5 more euros. i can't recommend this hotel to anyone

Pros: The room was clean. hotel staff friendly and efficent.

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: I stayed at hotel ben for three nights and not once were my bed sheets or towels changed. the amount of stairs i had to climb were a nightmare and it was very steep.
