Pros: The staff were friendly, the hotel was well situated and allowed us to relax on the day of departure as we were already at the airport and did not need to travel to the airport from southern holland on the day of departure
Cons: I had asked for twin single beds when i booked, when we arrived at the room it contained a double bed. the staff promptly swapped us to another room, but when i had written it down as a specific request, i wonder whether thay had bothered to read the request part of the booking. maybe ther needs to be a tick the box on the web site where you can select the types of beds available.

Pros: Excellent location relative to amsterdam airport and the train to central amsterdam, clean and modern hotel

Pros: The airport is right there !
Cons: The hotel is dated, in dire need of complete overall. our room felt dirty and there was no soap in the bathroom. had to argue with a housekeeping staff to get one!!

Pros: It is a great hotel, very clean and has an excellent gym. the beds are very comfortable

Cons: Beautiful artchitecture but lousy mechanics. cannot turn shower on without being under it, will you freeze or scald? prepare yourself or do what i did and take a tub. the room was so hot i couldn't sleep, turned the heat as low as possible and the fan high but warm air continued to keep the temp up. they did promptly bring a fan. not much help. sewer smell from bathroom was corrected but you needed to call a maintenace man to advise on how to achieve this. coffee in the morning only available at 6.75 euro via room service, none in the reception area.
