The people at the motel are very nice and the location is wonderful. The breakfast is definitely not worth the money when you can walk two doors down and get much better food. The biggest con for this motel is that the walls of the rooms must be made of toilet paper. The motel was the noisiest one we have ever stayed at. The first night I had to bang on the wall at nearly midnight to quiet the commotion. The next few nights a group of kids were in the 3 rooms near us and were very loud. We have two small children so the noise until very late was a pain.

Tha Hotel is very good,Reception tried to statisfy client,I take a double room with my wifeThe room was usually clean,It was very near from Plaça Catalunya in a center of Barcelona.Metro and Buses station was very in front of the Hotel.I think that it was very good residence in Condestable.Thank you very much

Pros: Amazing experience, especially the service from the staff made the experience so much better. my family had left very important documents and money at the hotel without realizing and when we returned for it hours later, nothing was missing and safely guarded in their safe.

Cons: Really loud water pipe noise ( flushing) , but the staffs are very friendly and willing to move to another room, although the frequency of the amount of noise has reduced, but the problem is still there.

Pros: It was really clean! it was so easy to find. we arrived hours before the check in time and we asked if we could just drop our bags to eat somewhere. but they said the room was ready and so they made us check in without extra charge.

Pros: Rather noisy environment, the thin walls and noise of traffic outside.
a good backpacker hotel, affordable, and all the necessary equipment.

Pros: Well located, you can see el corte inglese in the place catalonia from the balcony ! bed linen and towels very clean.
Cons: This is an old hotel and don't expect great things. its fine as a place to park yourself and lay your head, but its a bit grubby and the hallways smell of cooking. it could do with spending a few bob on it to bring it into the 21st century !

Pros: The room we had over looked the centre of barcelona, which at night you could watch the "always" busy city for hours(was a bit noisey, but the room had air conditioning which was a big bonus!!). at the centre of just about everything, good coffee shops, the main stores were a short walk away, good metro and bus systems.
and the staff were friendly too!!
Cons: It was very hot on our visit, so we would leave the windows closed, and put the air conditioning on tickover so would be bearable when we came back. however, the maid (even though the "do not disturb" sign was hanging on display) and kept turning the air con off. returned to a sauna of a room! but, that was the only negative part of the stay.
