Pros: Very helpful staff, good facilities and a primo location. slap bang in the red light district with a super market nearby - no complaints whatsoever - had a bang tidy holiday :)
Cons: The stairs !

Pros: Nice location.
Cons: Very spartan furnishings and some were not functioning properly

Pros: - a lot bigger apartment than expected
- once asking we were allowed to smoke

Cons: - we paid €25 for a late check out but apparently this means just to look after our baggage as we had no use of any room.

Pros: Good location. easy 'check in'. reasonable value.
Cons: 'apartment' wasn't very clean. some broken fittings. missing kitchen items.

Cons: No real bathroom, no inernett, not a fully equipped kitchen

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. exactly what we had hoped for. a large, clean, well thought out space with comfortable, clean furniture and fantastic shower. the large double bed was comfortable and had plenty of warm bedding, pillows and cushions to keep us cosy. the underfloor heating was great and we hardly needed to use the heater that was left for us. the little kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked for ourselves with no problems at all. our contact, kate, couldn't have been more helpful and gave us plenty of local knowledge tips on good places to eat and visit. the atmosphere of the whole trip was simply perfect and this was in a large part due to the wonderful place we stayed in.

Pros: Everything was quick and easy and the apartment was stunning and in a perfect location.

Pros: Central mini studio, loved coming home from a day of sightseeing to our little slice of heaven, had everything we needed,close to everything, enough linnens and towels, kate was a pleasure to deal with and couldnt be more helpfull,for a real home away from home experience i would recomend it 100%
Cons: Having to leave!

Pros: We had a few quesions about the apartment before we got there and these got answered very quickly and when we arrived it was great

Cons: The appartment we were allocated did not match the description given on the website and was far inferior

Pros: Everything great: location, staff and apartaments - include everything for common life.
Cons: Just a little noizy - thin walls between neighbours

Pros: In nice quiet area of amsterdan (jordaan), amenities close by, coffe shop 3 doors down!
Cons: No dvd/cd player system although once we requested one in a phone call after we arrived they brought straight over.

Pros: Very easy to reserve apartment and punctual contact person in amsterdam. great to have ability to cook and to be in a residential neighborhood. close to trams and canals!
Cons: Having a few more pans and dishtowels would help along with directions for microwave in english! just little things that could make the stay even better....
