Exhibition Court Hotel 4 London  

I stayed three nights with my boyfriend and another couple in the Exhibition Court 4 Hotel. We enjoyed our trip to Londen, thanks to the great service of this hotel. The rooms 19 & 20 are fine, clean and modern. Simply enough to sleep, take a shower, relax at your bed and eat breakfast. The staff is very nice and friendly and they really want to help. You can ask everything you need and they try to make it pleasent for you. A great service is that they can order a cab for you. We had to be at 6 am at the stantsted airport, so we had to leave at 4 pm. The staff arranged the trip to the airport and it went very well.

Most friendly and helpful staff 24/7.At 3am night staff coped with the unexpected despite ongoing renovation.Very conveniently placed, free breakfast and WiFI.Quiet.A very pleasant experience! We fully recommend it.

the friendly staff made the hotels stay a lot better. The hotel itself wasn't that good, they gave me a basement room with a window view where i could see 20 bin bags, it was alo next to the door where during the night people came to pick up the dirty laundry, the room was also a weird room in the kitchen area, so until 10 pm it was very noisy and it started again at 6 am, next to my room was the laundry room where you could see all the ' clean ' laundry on laying on the floor next to the dirty laundry. my room had a very bad smell as if someone had been smoking in the room for the days without opening the window, there was a massive hole in door and the first night of my stay me and my son were that cold we ended up having a very bad flue for days, i did ask them to fix it which they did. and i spend the next 4 nights in a sauna room, which wasn't nice at all. the room was very tiny and i had no space, draws or anything to put my clothes away. the reception hall was alo very messy there were boxes and mess all over the place. they were also renovation the place so there were working man all over, so when ever i got out of my room i had to go through the kitchen where i got awkwardly started at by all the working guy.i asked for a new room for 5/6 times where to they always said ' well see what we can do, well move you tomorrow' there wasn't that many people in the hotel so they could have moved me easily but they never did. but then again, the staff and location was that nice i couldn't be bothered to change hotel, and just tried to spend as less time in the hotel as i possible could.

Unfortunately, The Room facilities were way far from what wasmentioned in the confirmation Email and the condition of the Hotel wasreally bad.There was no Building Entrance sign, so I had to spend a good one hour to find the placeOther facilities missing against what was promised:1-Alarm Clock2-Coffe/tea maker( if we ignore the electric kettle on the floor inthe main entrance which was referred to as kitchen and I am stillwondering How,advised to be used by the receptionist ,using my owntea/coffee)3- Hair dryer4-Internet Access via television( As there was no remote control inthe room , and I was told I have to pay 20 pounds cash as a depositto get one . The reason was stolen remote controls by guests in thepast)4-safe5-Sound proof Room( I could easily hear the men doing maintenance jobin the entrance corridor at 7:30 PM)6-Telephone7-Wi-fi internet( I tried to use my laptop by using the passwordprovided, but the service was local access only and down)8-Wired internet9-ipod docking station.The room I was provided with did not even have curtains.I arrived in the place and in a short while when I found out that thecondition beyond unsuitable, I informed them that I was not staying .However I have been charged for one night despite that .I have made a complaints to the customer service of the website via which I had booked my room, and the answer I got after three weeks of waiting was that they are not responsible for what is advertised on their website , and they are quite surprised to hear about the condition of the hotel , as reviews are really good!

Pros: Excellent location, close to hyde park, i could walk everywhere (no need to use public transport). friendly staff (it would be nice if they could work in a more pleasant place). i would like to underline that my negative impression was all about the hotel itself but certainly not about the staff.
Cons: This hotel desperately needs decorating/refurbishing. my room window didnt close properly, the heating didnt work, as well as part of the equipment (microwave). everything looks worn out and shabby. cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and my bedding hasnt been changed for one week. i suppose this has a lot to do with lack of money and staff (apparently the same person was serving breakfast and doing all the cleaning?!). internet connection present but weak.

Pros: The staff was really friendly, room was clean and serviced every day too. breakfast was more than we expected.
Cons: The website said the hotel was 3 star and recently refurbished. however, this was not true. it was only 2 star and in need of refurbishment.

Pros: Nice location, few minutes from centrum using tube. hot water in shower.
Cons: Toilet was small, really small, fridge was broken, i was not able to close window completely.

Pros: Very good location, nice street, clean rooms, big windows that could actually open, mini-kitchen in room, would definitely use again,
Cons: Slightly tired décor, pitiful breakfast, wobbly bed, but all this not really putting a damper on this experience,

Pros: Close to public transportation
Cons: Need to state on payment methods specifically and clearly on the website

Pros: The hotel was listed as brand new but was actually very old but well maintained, the staff were excellent.
Cons: As had been advised on other reviews our room was very small

Pros: Near earls court tube station and it was cheap.
Cons: Needs a major facelift,needs new carpets and a paint job.
