Pros: I am a single mum travelling with two children and found this hotel to be ideal- located a short walk from the eiffel tower makes it an ideal spot. the staff were helpful, our room clean and tidy.
Cons: I had expected drinks making facility in the hotel room which there wasnt- this was probably my mistake for not checking first.

Pros: We were given a room with a view of the tour eiffel. the best thing was that we found ourselves in a parisian neighborhood insteadpof a tourist area. we became familiar with the local shops and market and found everything we needed including great evening meals right nearby. i'm recommending this hotel today to friends who will go through paris soon.

Cons: Be careful reserving this hotel before november 30 - the closest metro station is closed for a reconstruction and you will need to walk for 10-20 min to the next station.
if you rent a car - there is no parking! my car was taken by the police because of parking!

Hotel Arley Tour Eiffel is ideally located in Paris, halfway between the Eiffel Tower and the Parc des Expositions exhibition centre, on the left bank of Seine river. This charming property offers unique views on the Eiffel tower as well as a garden, a meeting room and an inviting lounge area, combined with high quality personal service. The hotel will be renovating from 27 June 2011 to 29 July 2011. The following areas are affected: Elevator. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance. Completion dates are subject to change.
