"Just a short stay, but well worth"

Very good price for Paris , clean, polite staff, nice room with well kept parquet. Very positive impression. Definitely I would return.

"Great value with very helpful staff"

We only stayed one night in Paris on our way home from holiday. This hotel was very good value, clean, well appointed and easy to find. There was parking nearby with discounts for hotel clients. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap and clean hotel. Not luxurious but definitely good value. The hotel staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and keen to assist.

"holiday"

our room was very tıny ceılıng ın the toılet was soakıng wet . The lady ın receptıon was very rude, as we were guests she needs to be taught how to speak to people. We were charged extra for breakfast and there was nothıng there.

"Paris is disappointing/dangerous/dirty"

The receptionists were mainly rude and unhelpful. During our stay of the four receptionists we met only one was well mannered and accommodating. The walls were paper thin, we could hear the people talking next door. Other hotels make efforts to look nice yet this one was unkept. The wireless internet connection which is advertised was horrible continually dropping out, come on is 2012!!!, surely a central hotel in Paris shouldn't be having these problems. The staff were so rude when asked about this. The streets are getting dirtier each time I visit. The gypsy groups are very intimidating, and have many pick - pocketing tricks which make you feel horribly unsafe, yet the police don't seem to care(corruption???) This hotel is in the middle of these pick - pocketing areas.

"Horrible attic room"

This hotel is very well placed i a hotel district near Gare De Nord but the attic room was horrible, the bathroom windows were screwed close, the heat was terrible when we there but at least there was air conditioning. Other hotels in the surrounding area seem to offer better deals.

"Long weekend Aïda"

The room and the location were good. The service and the hotelpeople were very kind and helpful. I We didn't use the breakfast, but still hope that qne day France will serve similar breakfasts as the German do. A lot, and a lot to choose. Now it's only some bread and marmelade. And the breakfast costs 15 Euro in Aïda! That is far too much. Otherwise, only compliments.

"Aida Opera two day stay"

We turned up at the hotel at 11.15pm to be told there wasn't a room for us due to a guest's illness. The hotel had booked us into a nearby hotel and ordered a taxi to get us there. As compensation they gave us free breakfasts (we chose the hotel because it serves kosher breakfasts) the following morning and the following day and put a bottle of red wine in our room too which we thought was more than necessary.The rooms are spacious but the air conditioning unit rattled which meant it could not be used overnight. The bed was very comfortable with more than enough pillows though the leather ones were unnecessary and of no use.There was a clean bathroom with bath and shower.It seemed a little pricey for the location and quality but I would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

"bad experience"

Booking was cancel and was not inform...reach hotel after a long walk then was told our booking was cancel OMG ....v bad due to what ?? Was told that EASYTOBOOK was suppose to inform us that booking got problem..show our booking email which stated booking confm but was told no no booking...wait wait wait until 9pm told us if we want a room which does not accommodate 2adult n 2child we will pay much much more....so no choice v tired so just took...a run down dirty old room.. Will never ever stay in this stupid run down hotel again and also will nv book with EASYTOBOOK.COM ever again ...waste so much $$$$$$on a lousy hotel ...dn't ever stay here ...

"short stay"

for a short stay, i would recommend hotel. Very good location. Rooms clean, beds very comfortable. Only small negative was very small bathroom but we didnt care as it was a quick shower and out the door. Lots of inexpensive cafes and places to eat in the neighbourhood and so close to the metro. Would stay here again and would recommend.

"Everythin else were great except for the lift that was not working for the whole time"

Everything was great.. The services, clean rooms, english speaking receptionist, big and spacious room.. Those were really good.. Except one!! The lift was not working for the whole time we were staying at the hotel.. And we were at the highest floor of the building which is the 6th floor!! We had really tiring time bringing our luggage up and down and climbing up the stairs after a tiring day out in the city..

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance from many attractions. the rooms are a decent size.
Cons: The staff is not friendly. perhaps because our french isn't perfect. breakfast is 15 euro per person - you can get better and cheaper breakfast else where. the wi-fi is free but incredibly slow.

Pros: The bed was clean and very comfortable. the hotel staff was cordial and helpful.
Cons: We paid 450 euro for 3 nights which did not include breakfast or city tax - hence was very poor value for money. our room was upgraded hence we had a bit of space ; otherwise the room would have been very small.
