I have stayed only one night at this hotel - overall a good impression.Conveniently located , Very clean rooms (although on a small side) with super friedly and helpful staff. One downside during our stay was that heating didn't work , and with -minus 7C outside wasn't the best timing; our room had one small portable electric heater which kind of .. did the job. Breakfast seems overpriced for what it is.. so I recommend having it outside in one of the cafes. It's o.k. for a short break.

Cons: Very small room, no english tv, when the shower was on every wall in the main room would be covered in water from the steam due to a lack of bathroom ventilation. damp patches on walls by windows.

Pros: Very friendly and helpfull english speaking staff. well informed about public transport links etc. clean and comfortable room and our classic (basic)room was a comfortable base to discover paris from. hotel is located in a quiet side street just off the train/metro station, but couldn't really hear any noise in the room. located close to shops, bars and cafe's and we did all our sight seeing by foot without any problems.

Pros: Ideal location both for transport into paris by rail or air (100yds from the gare st lazare (rer and metro) plus about 400yds from roissybus stop), and once at hotel for proximity to attractions (opera garnier, louvre, arc de triomphe, eifel tower, etc. only short walks away (printemps and gallerie lafayette even nearer for the shoppers). close to cafes, restaurants,pharmacists and 'starbucks'. breakfast (different prices according to type) available in a very clean and tidy - well decorated room in basement; accessible by both stairs and lift. staff - reception/dining room/chamber maids/maintenance all very helpful and friendly. room reasonable size, very clean, smartly decorated, panel tv, nice toiletries in bathroom. all in all a very enjoyable place to stay. would not hesitate to recommend - in fact may stay there again if we return to paris.
