"Stone throw Away"

The bed was not at all comfy :( I did request for a room change or better bed, but It was straight away refused. Few staff were unfriendly and rude, however others were nice. For short stay its good. I was disappointed to that I was not informed by the staff nor by a display board, nor by a leaflet that there is a Guest Kitchen in all Menniger Hotels. They assumed we would know !! :( I came to know while I stayed in another Menniger Hotel.

"WONDERFUL CREW(especially Lady Vienna) and EXCELLENT PRICE/COMFORT/SERVICE"

Absolutely excellent rafter concidering the very good prices!Crew with a smile on their faces even when very stressed!The location is 50 steps from the main entrance of BERLIN HBF!Perfect for one who allways drags heavy luggage!Rooms VERY insulated from noice .Everything is VERY GOOD as it is, but if I should wish:Breakfast could have some more bread to choose from.The white bread was very dry and not much taste.Some more items to put on bread other than cheese,ham and salami.And if I would esagerate, some BACON!! Finally why I gave only 3 points for "sleep quality":First of all, the beds are VERY small.I maybe 80cm wide?I felt like falling out of the bed sevreral times.Second. the matrasses are placed on the woodbead that is VERY SLIPPERY, so the matrasses slips aside when sleepingand causes the matrass to get over the wooden bead edge andwhen You turn while sleeping the matrass bends and You almost fall .But these small things are nothing when You get this perfect hotellat so good price.There is a saying: "You get what You pay for" but in this case I would say:"You get much more than what You are paying for"Thank You so much for the hospitality.I hope to be back soon to Your nice Hotel and to tone of the most beautiful citiesI ever visted.! "Internet Stinks"

The hotel wasn't bad but let me be clear I would not stay here again.The breakfast was second rate which I did not purchase.The thing that really annoyed us was the lousy reception of the Internet."hello we live in the 21'still century" I think the hotel could use some good management with a critical eye.

"One-night stay"

We found the hotel very suitable just for one night stay before travelling by train from hbf. The location is superb. Also we liked the guest kitchen, it's got everything you need for a quick snack if you don't want to pay for breakfast. Keep in mind the rooms are quite small if you'd like so spend here more than 1-2 nights.

"Very very small single room"

Given a very very small single room. Broom cupboard! You couldnt swing anything in it. Hotel would not change rooms even thought they had bigger rooms available.

"Good Hotel"

we stayed in this hotel for two nights.we really had no problem and any kind of disturbance during night.The main benifit of this hotel is that it is close to central station and easy to locate.staff is really cordial.Breakfast is good.

"Good Location"

Very near to station ,cleaned room, Very friendly staff, good value for money. I have tried the food so connot comment about it.But all the tour bus has one stop as hotel so it makes covinient for those who does not know the city very much.

"Nice multicultural youth hotel"

Excellent service, clean rooms, fun and friendly atmosphere, and you can share a room for a very cheap price. Mostly teens and twenties, a sprinkling of older free spirits.In a dorm room, you have no idea who else will be in the room, which can be fun or scary, depending on who you are. My train arrived at midnight, I sneaked in quietly, then found there was actually nobody in the room yet. Around 4:30, three Koreans came in, two men and a women, and turned on the lights. That kind of thing can happen.The other people in the room may care a lot about modesty, or not at all, depending on their culture, so you should be prepared to adjust to people more modest than you, or to not be too shocked by people less modest than you.

"Great location for travelling around berlin as very close to bus,rail and..."

Pros: Great location for travelling around berlin as very close to bus,rail and underground routes,quiet,clean and good value for money.bus right outside airport drops you next to hotel takes only 20 minutes.
Cons: Check in is late at 3pm and check out is early at 10am though you can extend this for a small charge. staff did allow us to check into one of our rooms early until the second room was ready. computers are very slow and we were not able to print off boarding passes for our return flight.drinks from the vending machines are very expensive.

"It was incredible"

Pros: It was incredible. it was one of the nicest places i have ever stayed. i don't think it would be possible to find a nicer hostel/hotel in berlin. they even arranged a special room for our group of 13 to put our luggage before our room was ready.
Cons: Nope! it was fantastic!
