"Bed bugs"

On our first night I was but by bed bugs and in the morning found one walking around our bed it was disgusting, killed it, showed it in a tissue paper to the front desk, we got a different room but we were already paranoid so didn't sleep well, location of hotel is great, walking distance everywhere, but there is no guarantee you won't have company in bed, so up to you.

Pros: We enjoyed very much our stay,spacius room,rich breakfast that you can have in your room with no additional fee,the stuff was very friendly and helpful.the location was very good very near from the vatican,and a short walk distance from piazza del popolo and piazza di spagna. the price was very reasonable. we reccomend it!!
Cons: In the site says it is a hotel, but is a bed and breakfast.

Pros: We loved every minute, the staff is ver helpful and friendly, the rooms beautiful and clean. breakfast was served in the room, the coffee and croissants were delicious! location was great, quiet, safe and in walking distance of many sightseeing spots. we highly recommend residenza vaticana!

Pros: We found this hotel to be welcoming and comfortable. the beds were very comfortable and the shower-room altough very small well equipped. the location is within easy reach of most of the must see sites and has reasonably priced eating places nearby. felt very safe in this area. a very nice place to stay.
Cons: The breakfast was just coffee and croissant or sliced bread with cheese/ham/jams etc. not very inspiring and just about adequate.

Pros: It met expectations of those who had commented before. street hotels are small,small breakfast,small bathroom and hard to find. so live with it, it was perfect for our needs.
Cons: Watch assumptions, i'm not married and went with my son, all correspondence is to mr amd mrs harper. no credit card payment was inconvienent

Pros: Wonderful welcome from diana whom could speak english. the other staff were also great and helpful. comfortable, quiet and clean with good bathroom and whilst the room was small, it was cosy for my daughter and myself. the location was good and quiet (unexpected from rome). breakfast was good and the choice of room service for that was excellent.

Pros: Very clean room & ensuite. good breakfast. very friendly staff with good command of english language. near lepanto metro station, so excellent transportation.
Cons: Not enough breakfast tables for everyone, but you can eat it in your room so not disastrous!

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful eg. allowing guests to use the reception laptop to access the internet for free.
although the breakfast was fairly basic, there was plenty available and you could easily eat enough to keep you going through to lunchtime.
the hotel is in a very good location for sightseeing trips being walking distance from the vatican area and just a couple of minutes from a metro station.
i would recommend this hotel as good value for money.
Cons: The rooms are certainly on the small side, and as we had an extra bed in a double room, there was a shortage of storage space. don't book a room here if you like a lot of space, but it didn't worry us.
