"No title"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and arrived very quickly. The bathroom was great, the room average. I don't have anything else to say. You should change this requirement because it was a waste of my time.

"Not likely to stay again."

Firstly, this hotel is not at the airport - in truth it would have been quicker for us to travel on the train into Barcelona and stay there overnight, rather than wait 40 minutes for the shuttle bus and then another 20 minutes on the bus to the hotel.Also, because it has a lot of 'airport' travellers the noise goes on ALL night - not helped by the laminate flooring in the bedrooms and the four lane road 10 m from the front of the hotel with lorries on it through the night.On the plus - the bathroom was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Reception was efficient.The restaurant was ridiculously expensive - no wonder so few people were eating in it and the hotel is quite a distance from civilization. No one was in the bar area.Also the 'pool' was tiny and cold and the pool area dated and very uninviting. There was no one in it even though the hotel was quite full. I doubt if we would ever consider it again unless the price matched how little it has to offer.

"Difficult to find hotel"

The hotel is very difficult to find. Even taxi drivers have difficulty finding it. It is also surrounded by trees making it difficult to see from a distance. It is in an area that is part of a massive industrial complex with many roads and rail tracks. The nearest bus stop is half a Km from the hotel, but is a direct link to the main rail station. Bus No. 109 and is the last stop.

The direction via SatNav would not find hotel.Make sure you have good directions as it is not easy to find.

"the hotel was very good"

the hotel was very good, only point was the busy road near the hotel, but we knew that it was there. the room was ok, the service was oke and the breakfast was good

"Quick overnight stay"

My husband and I stayed here for a quick overnight stay flying in from Lisbon and leaving for home the next day. We assumed the hotel would be very close to the airport due to it being in the name of the hotel but it was a 20 euro cab ride away. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport but it stops running at 11:30 pm and that is what time our plane landed. The hotel itself was clean and the bar was still open when we got there. No issues with the room or service.

We were overall very happy with our stay. It would be nice to have a better breakfast than just sugar and carbs.

Cons: Not as close to airport as i expected, and really, the driver should have known which terminal a carrier departed from. his ignorance was very difficult for us as these terminals are not close. furthermore, it was obvious that he didn't care.

Pros: The hotel staff were great and the free shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. the location is wonderful as it is only about 10 minutes to the airport. beautiful bathroom in the room. hotel had free wi-fi which was great!
Cons: The resturant did not open until 830 at night for dinner. the swimming pool was not up to par. it had rust in the bottom.

"Clean, large rooms"

Pros: Clean, large rooms. bus stop right outside hotel and 20 mins ride to centre. pleased that our room was available at 1100am in the morning and we were able to leave suitcases their and enjoy the day early than expected.
Cons: Although hotel room was given to us sooner that expected, hotel receptionist didnt even look up at us from his computer was very sullen and not a very happy person at all. not a very welcoming person!!
