"Great location , clean and tidy ."

This hotel is in the best location in the city, the staff are frendly and couldnt help you more : ) . An improver would be tea / coffee in the room and a basic fridge for water etc but other than that as long as you go expecting a basic hotel with no frills its great!

"The best location and the lowest price"

The hotel is in the best location in Barcelona , is it not a fancy hotel but it have all you need for a nice vecation in Barcelona. the Hotel staff is very nice and helpfull , and above all - the price is low in compare to other hotels in the area.

"great location"

Very central location to train station, buses (tours) and local bus services, La Rambla just around the corner.Staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and would like to thank them for making our stay in Barcelona more enjoyable.Room was a basic twin and needs a little paint, but clean, shower room very small but clean, we had the room with a veranda so this made up for everything as the views where excellent. We did not hear any noise from streets so had a good night’s sleep, this could have been because we was so tired after being out and about all day till late.Would we stay here again, most definitely yes.

"EuroTrip"

The hotel is right on the corner across from metro station and main street La Ramblas. The room is small but great air conditioning. Very Friendly Staff!!

"Break in Barcelona"

I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Rooms were tight, but clean (which is more important). Slept very well, since no Ramblas noice came into the room. The disadvantage was then: no view. But that didn't matter, since I only sleep in my room. Breakfast was excellent and so was the service. The man and two ladies at the service desk were really very helpful! Their service went beyond the normal service!

Ideal hotel at central end of La Rambla- perfect location. Basic but nice breakfast and clean rooms.

"Good all round hotel with Superb location"

A perfect location for shops , cafes, restaurants and not too far from the beach. Bus tours from the roads in front of the hotel are about 2 hours long and very informative [and relaxing after wandering up and down La Rambla which starts outside the hotel!]. Breakfast is a basic continental and means you can fill up before a day out. Metro link outside the hotel - metro is so clean and puts ours to shame ! A folder of Vouchers bought at reception for 3 Euros immediately save you 4 Euros on the bus excursions. There are cafe/restaurant vouchers also. Bus from airport to front of hotel is 5.65Euro - better than a taxi fare of 40-60 Euros. I would have liked some fruit at breakfast but that is the only criticism.

"What a place"

Myself and partner stayed for two nights recently. I was situated in great place in Barcelona and that is the best thing about it. The service was average the bedrooms were average and you thought of your safety and your possesions the whole time. sorry but it gets the thumbs down. but hey my standards may be higher then some

"Perfect location"

Pros: Perfect location. try to get the la rambla & placa catalonya view upon check in. they would be glad to give it to you if available. they say there is noise but not really once you close the door you don't here that much of noise. i would suggest anyone that visits barcelona and is not looking for a fancy hotel.
Cons: Slow elevator :-)

Pros: The hotel was right on plaza ce catalunya so it was noisy at night and not in the best area but we booked it for an early transfer to the airport (the buses are right outside) so it was perfect for us. it's on las ramblas so plenty of buzz, places to eat and people around. the hotel staff were very keen to help, the rooms were very clean and while the bathroom was tiny it was perfectly good for one night's stay. beds were comfy, tv worked and great view of the plaza. metro stop outside.
Cons: Be aware it's a noisy area and not the safest place at night but good hotel. the old town is better for a longer stay.
