"Average"

Was expensive fir the facilities provided. Front of office staff not very engaging or helpful. Took 3 attempts to get my key activated ( there was no apology) and was less than ideal after a long hall flight! Iron/ironing board in the room will be helpful.

"excellent hotel"

many good services given to us: sauna, massages, maquillage, room service, flexibility in our check out. Team was very professionnal and fiendly. romm was alwas clean . the best we liked is breakfast quality and the professionnalism

"Nice hotel but the price charged is different from easytobook.com."

Everything was perfect. The room is nice, the view is marvellous. Unfortunately, the hotel charged me a bit more which is different from the easytobook.com. I asked them and the lady said it was the tax but when I looked back the confirmation email it only stated 1.50 euro per person per night for city tax. Moreover, her attitude was bad. This is not fair.

Really lovely hotel, a firm 4*. TIP* Hire some bikes (20€ for 3 days) as you can ride these past Port Olympic and do you daily wandering from there.... This hotel is a 12€ taxi ride to any of the points of interest and that's the reason it's a little cheaper than others in the centre..Loved the glass windowed wash area and shower was amazing!5 free drinks in your minibar a nice touch too

"Vert confortable bus maybe too simple"

The room was very clean and comfortable to stay every night. However, it could be perfect if breakfast and a bathtub were included and there were a snack bar since its location is a bit far from the central for this price. Classy but too simple!

"very nice hotel"

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was great! Lots of space and nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was very good. It was close to the beaches, which we liked. I would definitely recommend this hotel if this is the location a visitor wants. It was a bit of a cab ride/metro trip to the historic downtown, but that was our choice.

"Great location and very helpful staff"

I stayed here with my Mum on a city break. The location was perfect for us as it's right beside the beach and the area is a little bit quieter but it's still riacross the road from a metro station and you can get right into the centre of the city in about 10 minutes. There's also a shopping centre next to the hotel which is handy! The rooms were always clean and well kept and the staff were very helpful. When we were flying home they printed off a number of bus and train timetables for us to help us find the best way to our airport. The only thing I was a bit wary of in this hotel were the bathrooms. When you walked into our room you were walking directly into the sink area and the toilet and shower were just 2 small cubicles opposite the sinks. The only way to separate the bathroom area from the bedroom was by pulling a blackout blind down in front of the glass wall.Apart from the we thouroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

"Terrible Room"

Not impressed with very small room, plack of facilities and overall poor Hotel for the money. Breakfast OK but was included - would not pay the real price. Overall the Hotel spoilt a great weekend away

"Service is so bad"

During my stay i felt that some staff members from room service for example were extremely rude and they were forcing me to sign my receipt when i preferred to pay by cash. However, due to the rudeness of the staff member i signed and got on with my holiday. Also i felt at times people at the desk were very unprofessional. For the money i spent i expected more professionalism and dont feel i got full value for money. Hope this changes in future and i would recommend that when guest stay at your hotel that it is all about the guest and the guest should be free to do whatever he or she desires, be it pay by cash or not for example.

"An excellent stay for a night"

We thoroughly enjoyed being at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, the location was great as a base, and when our shower flooded our room we were well looked after. We also received a massage as part of the package which was nice and the buffet breakfast as well which was lovely - lots of options. I felt very sophisticated being at this hotel, it's not often that I would stay in a hotel of this price range but as we were staying only one night, and with the package we got, it was good value and a place of calm on a long drive. The room service food was fine but not excellent, I'd recommend going out and finding a Spanish restaurant instead. We had difficulties with the parking which also I felt a little cheated having to pay 23 Euros a night to pay for. Being in the middle of a city as large as Barcelona where most parking has to be paid for (if you can find any at all near the hotel) they have made the most of the opportunity to charge you for parking. I felt that with the prices of the hotel and it's style that parking should have been cheaper at the least, or free with the hotel. Also there were no instructions how to find the parking, which is confusing as the hotel is on a traffic light corner junction, each road at this junction having four lanes. In the end I had to wait in the taxi rank across the road while my sister ran in and asked how to get there. It was valet parking (very nice) but you were supposed to just pull up to the curb and put your hazard lights on while you unloaded, checked in and handed your key to the valet, all the while blocking a lane of traffic. This is very un-British behaviour, although as I found out more and more while driving through Spain this is fairly standard for Spaniards. So just go for it, no one will care. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Pros: The location is lovely, although it is a little out of the main city centre. the staff are superb, extremely helpful. the views from the higher floors are fantastic, do try to get a room on the higher floors. the breakfast buffet is superb, lots of choices (hot and cold) and will set you up for the day. hotel is in the business type district, but also next to some residential areas. but this is very quaint. and there are some lovely apartments nearby. the large shopping mall (the diagonal mar) bolts itself onto the hotel. so, plenty of shops and restaurants near to hand. this is a great hotel, right on the coast and and right next to a metro stop which is an easy access to the main city centre (7 stops - 15 mins). you can walk the whole of the coast to the centre - which will take over an hour (at a casual pace) but it is a beautiful stroll. well recommend this hotel.
Cons: It is just outside the main centre, but i see this as an advantage. it isn't cheap - but i feel you do get value for money.

Pros: Very nice hotel and design with free minibar, wifi and spa (sauna, jaccuzi) and 2 pools, very close to metro (el maresme / forum) and beaches. close to attractions.
Cons: Beds are not good for a couple, 2 mattresses pulled together, pools are very small and always busy. breakfast is expensive, but we went to the very close grocery (alcampo) and made us delicious sandwiches every day

"Современный отель, достаточно удобное..."

Pros: Современный отель, достаточно удобное расположение, близко транспортные остановки, большой торговый центр и относительно недалеко пляж.
Cons: Языковой барьер. Невозможно получить информацию на русском языке. Если знаешь английский - проблем нет.
Вентиляция только за счет кондиционера, окна не открываются.
