 "Late in the rainy evening I arrived to Hotel Sur 2 into an uncleaned, dirty room!"
There was a somekind of problem with my Booking!? As far as I know, I have not yet payedmy 7 days' visit in Hotel Sur 2. They wrote me a bill 320 liras and I payed it with cash.Later the man from hotel's businesscenter ran after me, when I had already left the hotel.He gave me the money back and said, that I have to pay it in Internet with my creditcard, because i have booked the visit in Internet with my creditcard! - I am quite amaced and I have no possibility to pay the visit before I come back home and I can check my creditcard-saldo with my account-codes, which I have at home!Secondly: In my opinion I should get 50% discount because of the terrible condition of the room! It was dirty and they did not clean it at all during the one week's visit! Unbelieveable - but true!!! - In fact: I think they should not have any money from me for that staying there, or I could pay 30 liras for the seven breakfasts! - I hope You necociate about this matter with the hotel, because it is in Your intress whether You continue co-operation with them or not! - Thank you.
