Hotellet har ett helt perfekt läge, bara runt hörnet från Madame Tussauds och femton minuters promenad från Oxford street. Det är litet och har en gemytlig känsla. Personalen är artiga men kanske inte extremt serviceminded. Frukosten helt ok.Rummet var verkligen extremt litet, gick knappt att öppna resväskan, badrummet var dock väldigt fint, rent och ganska rymligt. Vi hade fönster ut mot vägen och det var väldigt lyhört så första natten sov vi knappt alls då det är ganska mycket trafik. Ta med öronproppar så funkar det.Vi kan absolut tänka oss att bo där nästa gång vi åker till London, mycket på grund av det perfekta läget till det billiga priset!

Mindre bra: 1. det finns tydligen olika 4 seasons i london. den som jag trodde att jag bokat låg på ett annat ställe, men när vi kom fram så låg det på ett helt annat ställe. vet inte om dom bara sätter en vart det finns plats även fast man skyltar med en viss adress. dÅligt!

2. rummen är sjukt lyhörda. man hör direkt och rätt högt så fort nån går i rummet ovanför dig. dörrsmällar och dylikt gör att det är omöjligt att få en natts ostörd sömn, men det beror ju på hur känslig man är också.

3. rummen ligger inte i samma byggnad som receptionen. ingen big deal egentligen, då rummen ligger tvärs över gatan. men vad som gör det drygt är att gatan är tungt trafikerad och keycardsen tenderar att sluta fungera när dom känner för det. rätt drygt när man vart ute och gått en hel dag så kommer man upp till rummet (via trappor så klart, finns ingen hiss) och så funkar inte kortet! skapligt irriterande att behöva gå tillbaks till receptionen då.

3. kan tycka att det är lite i mesta laget att betala 4000 kr för 3 nätter på ett hotell som inte utmärker sig alls. hade fått en helt annan uppfattning om hotellet på hemsidan som gjorde att 4000 kr kändes rimligt med tanke på hotellets kvalitet. det blev en besvikelse helt enkelt.

Room was terrible. No Aircondition. Room size only half of what was promised (20 sqm promised but size only 10 -11 sqm). Bed should be two separate beds but I got only one small to use for me and my wife. Overprised hotel. I am very unhappy with this hotel and I will not use eassytobook.com again to book my hotel.

The staff was very helpfull and customer oriented.The rooms were clean but small. Not a problem for most travelers, as we only use the hotel to sleep. The beds were excellent.The price was a bit too high.

Small hotel in central location of London, small rooms in an old fashioned house with noisy environment (high traffic main street), noisy floor (when you walk in the room) and terrible loud closing doors, comfortable beds, but too small for two persons, Continental breakfast included, total costs are too high in relation to room quality

The hotel was in good location. Really small room. boiler was broken we had to take cold showers. breakfast ok.

We, my wife and me, stayed for 4 days at Four Seasons Hotel. The price quality was very good. If you prefer to go for an excellent hotel with all kind of comfort, you are on the wrong address, but if you would like to have a nice and good hotel for your City Trip, this hotel is very good. It is 10 minutes walk to the Baker Street Metro line, from where you can travel very easy to every place in London City. It is nearby Madam Tussaud and Regent park. The rooms are small, but very clean with a good bed. The bathroom is also clean and large enough to move. Breakfast is not overwhelming, but enough and tasty. The only remark is the noise of the Traffic near your windows. Me myself do not have an issue with traffic noise, but I can imagine it could be a nightmare for people who only can sleep in a silent area. Also the rooms next door is heary, but because of the traffic noise, you will not hear it. I recommend this hotel and will certainly take into consideration to take this hotel with my next stay in London.

Our initial reaction of the hotel wasn't very positive but the manager was very nice and accommodating so that was a thumbs up on service for their part. I would say only the managers were very friendly and customer service oriented though. The rooms are nice and clean though so no complaints about that although their pullout beds on the sofa were not very comfortable at all. The place is close to the main sights of London by train and they have a very easy train system to understand so if you are wanting to save cab fares, just use the underground train ; )

I was first given the basement room in the separate building across the road and was pretty devastated. I explained to the man at the front desk (presumably the manager) that I was not comfortable with that as a woman travelling alone and asked for a room in the main building, with the 24-hour reception. Also, I did not want to be in the basement and had stated this on my booking. With no singles available, the gentleman was kind enough to upgrade me to a double, in the main building, on the top floor, for the same price. I was thrilled and could not have asked for me.The room was small (for a double) but perfectly fine. A bit noisy when someone else showered and the fan in the bathroom did not go off when the lights did and toilet made noise for a while after being flushed. Simply don't flush if you are about to go to bed. Also, do not rely on the hotel for a wake-up call. A couple came, some did not. Use an alarm clock (not provided).For a three-star hotel in Central London, this is probably the best for the money and the management works hard to make guests happy. Despite the small issues, I felt safe, clean and comfortable, which are most important for a woman traveling solo.I strongly recommend and will return.

I only stayed 3 days with my sister and we thought it was really good.The room was really small and there was a huge black stain on the carpet that bothered me a bit. For those who are sensitive to noise would have some difficulty sleeping here since you could easily hear the cars passing by the streets. It was a good thing that my sister and had the room on the first floor since we had a huge check-in luggage and there was no elevator.But despite these small points, all in all we had a great stay. Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable in my perspective, there was warm water, the room did not stink and the service was great as they were really willing to help you on your requests.

Cons: For one thing this is not the real four seasons chain of hotels the name is very deceptive. i can't see how this hotel would even merit a 2 star rating let alone 4!!! it is situated in 2 converted town houses on opposite sides of the street and we would have had to cross a main road to get to our breakfast. we ended up not staying there saying we were unsatified with the quality but they still charged us £99 for the first night - even tho we didn't stay there :(
