Ett prisvärt och perfekt alternativ för dig som vill lägga pengarna på något annat än dyrt boende! 5min från marble arch station och oxford st, rena rum och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kommer absolut att bo här igen, rekommenderas verkligen!

Fördelar: Läget är utmärkt.
Mindre bra: Rummet var i källaren med ett fönster som bara ledde till en gatbrunn, kändes det som. rummet var olidligt varmt på natten, och ingen fläkt.

The service was good and quick. The room was very small, but I knew to expect that.We liked the location so much, that we are definitely coming back. So much to see, so near the hotel, incl. shops, Marble Arch park. Grocery store nearby (open all night long ! ) Short distance from the nearest tubestation, which was very nice. Nothing bad to say, but next time, we get a room that has it's own bathroom facilities =D

It would be a waste of your time and mine to describe anything beyond this point. I cannot stress enough how miserable it is to have to deal with getting rid of bed bugs on your vacation, or how terrifying the thought of bringing them home is.My husband and I began our Europe trip at Marble Arch and saw the symptoms of bed bugs (small dark stains on the linens) the first night. Unfortunately we had never dealt with bed bugs and so didn't realize the seriousness of the situation until checkout day, when I noticed that my husband's shoulders and arms were covered in bites.We've laundered all our clothing twice and still see bugs. I think we're at the point of throwing away everything (even our expensive new backpacking bags, sigh) once we get home.This has really dampened our vacation, and I warn all travelers to stay away from Marble Arch because the hotel (services, tiny room, average location, and over-valued cost) is not worth having to deal with this.

As a lower-priced hotel, I was quite satisfied with this place -- the rooms were adequate and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it's hard to find budget rooms that will sleep a family of 5 comfortably in central London (3 blocks from Marble Arch tube station). However, the lip between the shower and the rest of the (very small) bathroom was inadequate, so every time someone took a shower, the entire bathroom floor flooded. The free wifi was practically unusable -- it denied access to any https site (i.e. practically anything that requires a login), and constantly required re-entering the passcode. There was a wifi pay option though that worked much better.

We are a family of six, 4 kids from 4-13 and 2 adults. We stayed in the "family room", which is a large room (~20' x 20') with two double (queen size) beds and two single beds and a very small bathroom tucked into the corner. It was cozy but clean with towels for everyone. After long days seeing the sites, it was fine for just crashing for the night. The Inn is three blocks from the Marble Arch Underground station and the beginning of the Oxford Street shopping district, so the location is pretty good. There is also a small market across the street that is open late for those late night snacks. The only minus would be the wifi access: the free wifi is slow and won't access secure sites, but OK for checking email. If you want faster internet service or need to access secure sites, you'll need to pay for that. Last, the service was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Overall, the Marble Arch Inn is good value for the money. We'll look into staying there again next time we're in London.

The hotel is very close to Marble Arch and therefore in a very good location. The rooms are not very big but we had a room with bathroom and , despite the violet color of the lower part of the wall, was what you can expect from a BandB. The staff was friendly. There are nice (and cheap restaurants) in the Wigmore street (10 minutes walk from the hotel).

My stay at the hotel was four nights with my sister. The room was so small - barely space for other than the bed. But it was only five minutes walk to Oxford st. and the staff was helpful.

stayed there for 4 nights with my bf. the staff were all nice and very helpful. the hotel is cosy and clean. location is good, near to lots of places and also tube station. really enjoyed our stay there.thank you from malaysia :)

Pros: Location is good, but that's pretty much all that is good about this hotel - other than the free chocolates located at reception.
Cons: Very incorrect description on website. nothing like the description at all. very small room that smelt heavily of smoke (even though this is a non-smoking hotel). very noisy everything creak and cleaner very noisy. bathroom tiny, taps loose, shower curtains too short so floor is always wet. heater in room doesn't work. room did not have refridgerator as per description at(lucky i printed my confirmation out together with the description as the polite reception staff offered to bring one up after a little instance on my behalf). tiny tv with remote connected to stretchy cord (nearly got strangled by it in my sleep). no elevators just very steep creaky stairs.
