We have been working with Easytobook from May 2004 as soon as they started with offering accommodation in Amsterdam. The way Easytobook works is just the other way around and different from other sites. They first build the site and put it live so that traffic is generated. Once there is enough traffic to the site they put the hotels live. Therefore we already saw large production after a couple of weeks working together.
The cooperation with the account managers is wonderful. Several times a year we have reviews; they are also always interested in specials and do their best to push your hotel.
The extranet works really well; as well if you handle it manually (you can update easily using the smart fix; giving discounts on multiple stays is easy) as well as maintaining it through the tools like Rate Allocator or Channel Direct.
Furthermore all restrictions are possible like minimum stay of minimum stay through, closed to arrival or closed for departure. It is easy to look up sold out days or even compare rates with other hotels of your choice.
If there is anything you do not understand of the extranet there are online helps; not only in pdf but also in videos with comments!
So we are very happy with Easytobook as one of our distribution channels! We can really recommend the site!
