Pros: The hotel is in excellent location. most staff were very helpful. the room was clean a reasonable size for one person.
Cons: I did not have a laptop and therefore had no access to internet at the hotel. i asked at the hotel for an internet cafe. i was given directions to an internet cafe 10 minutes walk from the hotel. i spent an hour looking for it, in the rain, and it turned out it was not even there anymore. there were also 2 staff members that were not very helpful.

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance from great shopping and from tourist attractions, has great metro access as well. the hotel was cozy, clean and i loved the line of bath products they provide. it was also really nice to have free wi-fi access.
Cons: I noticed a small crack in the ceiling of my bathroom and realized that i could see into the room above me, slightly. not an issue, but a potential safety hazard they should probably look at before something bad happens.

Pros: The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable.
Cons: The walls between rooms were quite thin; we could easily hear our neighbors talking with each other.

Pros: Helpful staff, excellent location, clean and modern rooms.
Cons: No window or extractor fan in bathroom. this seemed out of keeping with the modernity of the hotel. also a panel to control the temperature in the room didn't seem to function and it was unclear why it was there when a traditional radiator was installed in the room already.

Pros: Fantastic location, walking distance to louvre, notre dame, musee d'orsay, many cafes and bars locally.
Cons: Room was extremely small, struggled to find space to store two cabin baggage cases. not well soundproofed, could hear people in next room.

Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to many pleasant sites, restaurants and cafes. we had a corner room on the 5th floor, beautiful views over paris and a tiny french style "balcony". room spacious enough, bathroom clean and modern. friendly staff. hotel is located on boulevard st germain, but noise was not a problem.
Cons: We found breakfast very costly, and chose to have breakfast in local cafes instead (there are many to choose from in the neighbourhood!)

Pros: A lovely hotel in a lovely area. very helpful staff. we had a leaky sink when we first went in but it was fixed straight away with no hassle at all. i would recommend this hotel to anyone.
