would i go again ..yes in a heart beat. good location and price, buffet breakfast was very good. staff pleasant and very helpful could do more for us. good size rooms which i had have gone for upgrade

The hotel was nice and quite.The only negative points are:1) the lady at the reception dosen't know a lot about transport (the price was wrong and there was more discount possibility)2) the breakfast was late so we can not eat in the morning before leave the hotel.But for the rest was very nice and confortable!have a nice trip.

Pros: This was an ideal location for an athletics meeting we attended. the rooms were perfect for our requirements

Pros: Quick in and quick out. the room next too ours had their tv on quite load we mentioned this to the receptionist, when we went back to our room about 10.00 the noice was still loud and i think when they heard us they turned the tv right down we we appreciated very much as had to be up for 4.30am
Cons: At the meal time there were no sign of the offers that was in the lift and in the room and neither did the waiter advise that this offer was still valid, the young lady who took our payment after eating mentioned it for some strange reason, i think any promotion should be a little clearer

Pros: Clean and functional
Cons: I used the carpark service while i was out of the country. having arrived back in dublin airport at 21.00hrs, i finally found the location of the direct line phone to the hotel, to order the bus pick. this is not in a prominant location. i was then informed the bus would collect me in 10-15 minutes. i found information given to me about the courtesy bus pick-up point in the airport was too vauge, so i had to stand out in the open, in the dark, at 2 degrees c while trying to see where the bus would actually stop. after 1 hour wait the bus finally came. i will not be using this service again.

Pros: Clean, tidy and an excellent restaurant. the loaction in a somewhat run-dwon part of town is not great, but the area seems to be undergoing a renovation, and so might improve with tome.
Cons: The person at reception did not smile once and left a rather negative impression.

Pros: The room was fairly inexpensive, and the airport shuttle is great.
Cons: It is far from the city. the hostess said told us when dinner would be served but when we went down the staff in the restaurant said that they had a group come in and could not serve us. also, we told the waitress that we were paying in cash but insisted on taking our room number and when we checked out they tried to charge us for the dinner again. very bad communication and service. restaurant was horrible, i got sick.

Pros: The driver that picked us up from the airport was really friendly and helpful
Cons: The staff at the hotel was unorganized, inept and rude. right off when we arrived at the airport shuttle pickup location the gentleman running the airport shuttle called and asked if there were any calls for a pick up and the front desk said no, even though i had called just 6 minutes earlier. then they failed to give us the wake up call i requested. and to top it off when i complained about it they called me a liar and said i did not request a wake up call. then when i asked to speak with the manager i was flat told no.
