Cons: Bedroom even though to rear over carpark & laneway and not main street was noisy especially early morning, mainly with loud voices.may have been staff on smoking break out the back but disturbed sleep even though up on 3rd floor a little away from it. had to close window but could still hear. friends on ground floor had worse experience in this regard and couldnt sleep from 6.30/7am as even closer to them. this was our only negative on hotel but an important one.
