"a really nice place to stay in Venice"

We stayed for 3 nights in the starhotel which is really very well located. Right in the middle between piazza san marco nd the rialto bridge. The rooms are very nice , comfortable. The sleep quality is top. lounges for having a drink are very chic . The service is perfect. To sum up it's really a good adresse to stay in venice

"great location"

great location, central to san marco;s piazza and the realto bridge. access by walking or canal. my only issue was no wifi in the rooms and free wifi in the lobby was limited to 20 minute intervals. Other than that everything was great

"The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful"

Pros: The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. all the staff knew english, which was a pleasant surprise. :)
Cons: Would have preferred to be able to get our coffee &food from the dining area & take into our room if we pay for it. also, would be nice to have some complementary wifi, at least in the common area

"Staff were amazing"

Pros: Staff were amazing. i would ring for room service and within 20 seconds there was a buzz at the door every time. reception staff couldn't have gone out of their way any further to help us. junior suite room was fabulous. location is about as good as it gets.

a really nice place to stay in Venice
