Great hotel our second stay. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service was first class, staff very friendly. Would return again. Short tram ride to center of Amsterdam where everything goes on. Lots to do, bus tour and canal ride good value. Hotel restaurant excellent food and service. Breakfast value for money. Sky bar well worth a visit.

I only have the best things to say about this hotel. The staff were always available and ever ready to meet every reasonable need. The rooms were very clean with well maintained modern amenities. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk to Train/Tram and Metro stations which connect to other parts of the city and Europe. I recommend it without any reservation

Friendly staff. Hotel is about a 10 minute tram ride from Centraal Station. (The Number 1 route is far more attractive than Route 17.) About a 5 minute walk from tram stop. Typical high-rise business hotel - nothing special. More a good 3* rather than 4*. Sauna costs an extra 10 euros per person!

Hotel very nice and modern. Good facilities parking and breakfast expensive. Breakfast had good choice of food.Room was lovely not to sure about the glass door to the bathroom tho.the only thing that was bad was the booking the website told me it was 135 pounds then once you put your card details in it tells you they are going to take it in euros. To which my card got charged a transaction fee and the hotel actually coat 154 pounds when the hotel was advertised as 135 pounds this is miss selling and was very angry about this.

The hotel was excellent, all staff very helpful and friendly, cleanliness of rooms was outstanding, good facillities. Quite far away from the city centre but easily accessible by tram which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Easytobook website really helpful, with very truthful pictures and description of the hotel and really easy to use and helped us find a hotel which matched our needs for our stay in Amsterdam.

Having visited Amsterdam before I knew the transportation system was excellent and was looking for a hotel which was as central as possible for us. After much searching we found the Westcord Fashion. From Schipol Airport it's one stop on the train (which is downstairs in the airport), then two stops on the tram. It is so very easy to find!The weekend was our anniversary and so wanted a nice hotel - we weren't disappointed at all! Very friendly and informative staff, great location and very comfortable rooms and facilities. There's a spa there too!On our actual anniversary the staff couldn't have been nicer. The whole trip was a fantastic experience.When we wanted to go into Amsterdam centre, the tram ride was so simple. Approx 500 yds from the hotel is the tram stop. Buy a three day (or however long you need) pass for the tram (bus and metro too) then simply hop on and off. Dam Square was about 10 minutes by tram, Leidseplein slightly less. Coming back was the same simple journey. Tram No 1 or 17 took you to and from the hotel. (1 is quicker as it takes a less circular route).All in all, a fantastic hotel with excellent staff and a great location. I will definitely be staying there when I next go back!

When you're travelling a long way and only have one nights transit, you need that accommodations are good. Bathtubs were big enough for two, Beds were very comfortable and by tram it makes it easy to get to city center.

Pros: The hotel was perfectly clean and the pool was great. the room was lovely.
Cons: It was a bit weird to have a transparent glass pane so that when anyone had a shower, it was for all to see. also, the man who checked us in who was on the front desk on 26 november from 10am when we arrived right up to 3pm when we eventually checked in was extremely rude. he had some sort of superiority complex and felt it appropriate to be rude and dismissive of me and my fellow guests. it's a shame becauzse all the other staff were wonderful but he ruined it for me and he needs some training on how to treat people.

Pros: The staff are warm, friendly and helpful, the rooms are stunning and well arranged and the bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. the attention to detail is sublime and really makes this hotel top notch

Cons: Front desk staff were very snobby and slow. not very courteous and not in a hurry to help. i felt because i booked on your website and paid a reduced rate that they perceived me differently. putting a "do not disturb" sign on your door doesn't mean they won't call you on the phone to ask if you want your room clean!! there was lots of road construction going on around the hotel so getting to the tram was a bit of a obstacle course. i called the front desk an hour before check out to have them prepare my final bill and they ignored my request and check outmtook a long time. at the beginning of the process i asked that a taxi be called for me as i had a train to catch and they didn't do it and again i had to wait! the food is overpriced for the quality.
