nice hotel, very helpful reception staff, the only issue i had was the room was dusty, you could see alot of dust particals in the sunlight, everything else was good enough. thats all .........................

Great value hotel. Good service overall, apart from the front desk night staff (man) who was most unhelpful - luckily it was corrected up by his colleague! Room fine but no tea and coffee making facility. Could have possibly done with a new shower head! Location not ideal if you need to be more centralised. Breakfast staff excellent!

No free wifi available althought they say that the first 30 min is free. All the other 5 hotels I stayed in offered free wifi connectivity.Hotel staff very helpfull and professional

Pros: Very good position for centre of madrid and particularly the palicio de deportivo for concerts
Cons: This hotel is a bit dated and generally bit scruffy could do with an update. but fine if you just want a night or so.

Pros: The hotel is located in a nice area of madrid, easily approachable by both airport shuttle bus and the metro. spacious rooms and bathrooms. friendly stuff, easy check-in and check-out.
Cons: The room window had no view at all - faced a brick wall. free wi-fi is only available in the lobby for 30 minutes a day.

Pros: Reception staff very courteous and helpful. maitre d in the restaraunt in the evening and staff were very attentive and gave excellent service, as a result we eat there 2 out of our 3 night stay. breakfast staff also excellent.
Cons: Difficulty with 3 members of staff in the coffee lounge, stood doing nothing and objected to serving us coffee outside their immediate area, seven of us therefore went to a cafe bar outside the hotel nearby. incident happened near the soft furnishings.

Pros: The staff who made up the room were very considerate and did a very nice job. when passed in the hall, they greeted me and made me feel welcome.
Cons: One person at the front desk, when i came to him with a problem with confirming plane reservations for my return trip home, acted as if he could not be bothered with my petty problem, and suggested i contact a travel agent. it was not a small problem to me. in addition, although free wifi was advertised, it was not revealed until after i arrived there that this was only for 30 minutes every 24 hours. when i was trying to make my return trip travel arrangements, this was not enough.
finally, i would like to say that the one person working at the front desk did not represent all of that staff. others were very kind and polite.

Pros: Having readily accessible parking was a major bonus as we had a hire care and the location of the hotel was close enough to the sights of the city as well as being close enough to the motorway to allow an easy exit from the madrid.

Pros: Location very good, but as it was set back from the street it was slightly difficult to locate on foot. the bedding in the room was clean.
