Pros: Looked like it did on the website, was nice and clean and well equipped with a really good cafe over the road for breakfast
Cons: Would suggest the cream carpets in the bedrooms are either properly cleaned of stains or maybe it would be better to replace them with the laminate flooring elsewhere in the apartment as they were a bit offputting.

Cons: When we arrived at check in for these apartments, we were actually booked into other apartments which, i feel, were not equal to the pictures portrayed of the camden town apartments i booked. you may need to contact the company that offer these apartments to ensure the booking you provide is what will be given by them, as it was misleading.

Pros: Room was clean, bright and quiet, and located very close to camden road overground train station.
Cons: Room was much smaller than told on the booking page. we had booked a 45 m2, 2 room apartment, but it was only around 25 m2.
it didn't look like the pictures at all, and was also missing the dishwasher and freezer.
actually it was to small for 4 people. i complained to the management, and they offered us 6 pounds per day as compensation, or 20% discount on our next stay.

appartment was cleaned well
not too far from booking agency (where we had to get the keys)
very well located in camden town, you directly walk to camden lock and bars and restaurants
Cons: We had requested two sleeping rooms with 5 beds in total, but we had to use the couch in the living room
environment is noisy, certainly at saturday night

Check-in takes place at the head office at Ground Floor, 47 Kentish Town Road, Waterside House, London, NW1 8NX, where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance.

Please call the telephone number shown on the booking confirmation in order to arrange your check-in, at least 1 hour before your arrival at the office.You will receive the exact address of the apartment upon arrival at the check-in office.

Arrivals between 21:00 and midnight are subject to a late check-in fee of GBP 20.00; arrivals after midnight incur a charge of GBP 30.00.

If you would like to pay by credit card please be informed that due to charges made by credit card companies there is a 1.7% charge for most credit (and debit) card payments (4.2% in case of amex).

Please bring a photocopy of a picture ID of the person in whose name the reservation was made, and of any person paying by credit card.

A damage deposit of GBP 150 or credit card details will be required upon arrival. Groups of 6 people or more will be charged a security deposit of GBP 50 per person.
