 "More and less but more less"
I have been in this hotel the last week, the room was clean but I felt the mattress springs and much hassling you to sleep.The room was very small, but was very clean and you have a very nice coffee to take away in any moment. The price is to much to the hotel, but was London, so, I don`t know.

 "my stay at days hotel in Waterloo"
the room was very basic, the bathroom needs an overhaul. Fortunately we were only staying one night. The location was good and within easy reach of all amenities. However we were not looking for luxury as visiting a very poorly relative at St Thomas hosp.

 "Good enough for a short stay"
With less than a five-minute walk to/from Lambeth North tube station, this was a good hotel for our short trip to London. The check-in process took too long as only one person (out of four reception staff) knew how to use the computer and room card machine. Room was small, but one could tuck the luggage under the bed rather than keep in the corner. Has elevators. Bathroom was of a generous size (could do yoga on that floor). Good pubs/restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

 "Good central hotel"
A fair price for London .10 min walk to London Eye. Rooms clean but worn. Breakfast OK but pricey. Staff helpfully and polite. Helped out with a parking problem when they could charged me more.

Pros: The staff was friendly and professional and the accommodations were more than satisfactory. the hotel was located across the street from a superb pub (truly gourmet food) and within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants. also, we were able to walk to many of the sights and attractions (twenty minutes or so) as well as being only a few minutes walk to the tube and train.
Cons: If you are considerably large and overweight, the shower may be a bit of an issue for you as it is only about three feet by three feet square.
