 "Not what i expected"
I chose this hotel as it was near to Kings Cross station of which i needed to use during my stay. The location was not too good quite a walk to the station, On arrrival the reception area was busy i did not feel i got a warm welcome just another customer booking in no face to face talk and v ery much like standing in the middle of Piccadilly Room was ok nowhere to0 sit in the bar on our return from a show so had to sit in the resteraunt. On average i could not say that this is a 4 Star hotel more like a slightly upmarket Travel Lodge.

Cons: Plumbing might have been a little better. impossible to remove plug from washbasin. this was corrected but washbasin leaked afterwards.

Pros: Our check in time was 2 p.m. but we were check in at 11 a.m. that was for us very nice surprise. we understand that they didn't need to do it but they did without any additional costs.
Cons: Very poor organisation of meals.

Cons: The room advertised (and payed for!!)was 2 double beds but the room we got was one bed and a single sofa bed - very disappointed!
