Cons: It is the worst experience i have in stayig london. think earls ourt apartments is not a service apartment, it is a self sevice apartmet, coz you can't expect service you can have here. staffs are not helpful, they will clean up the room once a week only, we want to borrow the sweeper to clean the room by ourself and i was being told not available becaue the only one they are using is being borrowed by another room guest to clean up the broken glass. i reguest the staff to offer one more blanket for me because after five nights stay, the air-con cause me couphing during the night time and can't sleep well,the staff question me impolitely and after questioning, he request me to pay additional gbp 10 for additional blanket! no staff will have intention to give hands in bringing up luggages to our rooms, and no one will show you the way to your room.

Pros: The hotel is just next to tesco. and location is easy to connect central of london city and airport by public transportation.e.g. metro lines near by. the hotel is in new and moden style.
Cons: 2.i booked the hotel online via credit card and had been informed that the price included all service/tax charges. but after received bill, i found there's additional 3% charge for payment by credit card.
2. the living table and sofa were somewhere in greasy dirty.
