 "A hospitable guest house"
The guests, a couple, are just nice. They are vwelcoming , very helpful and spend time to answer your questions and help you get around. The hotel is very nicely located in a quiet area quite close to the Holyrood palace. nd the old t ciy which can be reached by a 30 minute walk. The hotel itself serves a very good breakfast ( both cold and warm) and is typically British. It would need to be renovated but that would increase the prices. of the stays
